USA ORDERS:
Orders are mailed via first-class or priority mail.

FREE SHIPPING on all USA orders of $85 or more delivered to domestic addresses.

We custom make each product specially for you to bring you epic apparel and the lowest prices. This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth it! Below are our current delivery times. However, delays from carriers can sometime happen beyond our control.

Shirts & Pocket Leggings
-Shipping Cost $5.95 per item
-(5-8 days to arrive) 
Your shirt, hoodie, pocket leggings or tank top products have no current delays.

Shoes
-Shipping Costs $9.95 per item
-(10-14 days to arrive) *Orders placed January 20th - February 20 the may experience an additional 10-14 days delay due to increased volume during this period.
All shoes are handmade to order with custom materials and normally take 10-14 days to arrive. We are not seeing any delays on orders at this time.

All Over Print Leggings, Capris, Yoga Pants, Fitness Shorts, Dresses & Sports Bras
-Shipping Cost $5.95 per item
-(7-10 days to arrive)
Our all over print leggings, capris, yoga pants, sports bras, headbands, scrunchies and fitness shorts arrive normally arrive within 7-10 days. We are not seeing any delays on orders at this time.

CANCELLING ORDERS: Orders can be cancelled for a cash refund within 24 hrs of placing your order. After this time no refunds will be given, but free size exchanges or store credit can be redeemed for items with ill fit issues.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Refund / Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our support team leader at support@mainstreetbella.com. We will review your request, and will be happy to help make things right. Please note: DO NOT RETURN items to our production facility on the original shipping label, we will be unable to assist with a replacement, exchange or store credit if this happens.  Items must be returned directly to our corporate location by contacting support@mainstreetbella.com.Our support team will provide the proper return address and instructions. Sizing or Ill Fits If you ordered the wrong size or your item does not fit properly, we will exchange it for you as a one time courtesy. To process the exchange or store credit, the item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition to our corporate location within 30 days from the delivery of your order.  Please contact support@mainstreetbella.com with your request for the proper address to return your items. HOLIDAY SEASON EXCEPTIONS: Any order placed between November 15th and December 20th will be eligible for an extension allowing exchanges/store credits on purchased items for up to 45 days. Cash refunds will not be available. Damaged Item / Poor Quality Print For the rare instance when an item does not print correctly or is damaged, we will replace the damaged item with the same item ordered. For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, and email to support@mainstreetbella.com. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help process a replacement for your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Cancellations You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. Once that time has passed, the custom printing process cannot be reversed. After this point, a cancellation will result in a 50% refund usually in the form of store credit or gift card. Replacements If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error, or if you receive an item different than the item ordered, we will send a replacement.  However, you must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item within 7 business days of the delivery of your order. If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it.  You will be provided a tracking number, which will be used to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered. If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship your order for a reshipping fee of $3.99 per item. Refunds We do not offer cash refunds, as each item is custom made at the time of order. Nearly all situations will be resolved with an exchange, store credit or gift card for future purchase. Any damaged items or sizing issues will be handled with a free exchange or gift card.
